Steady_state Dataset for NM

Dear NM users, I have a question about creating a steady-state dataset for NM. Study design: Multiple dose regimen (10 days study) (everyday, two doses were given, one is 100 in the morning 8AM, and the other one is 150 in the evening 8PM) multiple samples (from 8AM to 8PM) were taken on day 5 (assuming at steady-state). I made a dataset as following, and it seems not working. Would you point out what I missed? Should I use SS option? Thanks a lot. Jian ID TIME DAY DV AMT ADDL II EVID 1 0 5 . 100 5 24 1 1 0 5 2 . . . 0 1 0.5 5 5 . . . 0 . . 1 8 5 23 . . . 0 1 10 5 26 . . . 0 1 12 5 29 . . . 0 1 12 5 . 150 5 24 1 2 0 5 . 100 5 24 1 2 0 5 2 . . . 0 2 0.5 5 7 . . . 0 . . 2 8 5 37 . . . 0 2 10 5 42 . . . 0 2 12 5 47 . . . 0 2 12 5 . 150 5 24 1 3 0 5 . 100 5 24 1 . . __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
