Min-Gul, To reset the dialysis CMT you should set CMT=-2 (negative CMT means reset and turn off this CMT) then set CMT=2 to turn the CMT on again at the time when dialysis collection resumes. In both cases you should use EVID=2 to signal to NONMEM to reset and set the dialysate CMT. Note that the prediction in the dialysis CMT is the amount of drug excreted into the dialysate collection during the collection interval. It is not a concentration. If you want to predict the concentration then you will have to supply the volume of the collection e.g. a data item called VOLD, then set the scale factor S2=VOLD. In the example below I have assumed that the first dialysate collection is started at 10:00 and stops at 11:15. It is started again 1 h after the first collection has finished at 12:15. The first 2 records at 9:33 make sure the dialysis collection compartment is off until the first collection is started at 10:00.
