Peritoneal Dialysis Data preparation

Dear NONMEM users, I am working on a kinetic data set from automated peritoneal dialysis patients, with concentration measurements in plasma and dialysate. For the 24 h of this study, APD patients were placed on a standard dialysis prescription of three 2.5%, 2-L exchanges over a period of 8 h during the day using the cycler (automated session), followed by two 2.5%, 2-L dwells of about 8 h each over the course of the evening and overnight (manual session). I think that Dialysis compartment have to be reset after exchanging dialysate. But it is difficult for me to prepare the data set.
