RE: Simultaneous PK and Cell Life Span PD modeling

Mark: Thanks for your suggestions! I have removed "DEFOBS" from CMT6, and it is now running. Toufigh: Yes, I do have dense PK and PD data for this modeling exercise. I presented the simultaneous PK/PD modeling results at last month's AAPS NBC as a poster. I am now attempting to use the cell life span model to see if there any improvements in model fitting.
