Most the arrays are, I think single dimension, and the others are most X(N,N) [do those count as leading dimension?). I know that Fortran stores arrays differenty than C, but I hadn't heard of this bug (sounds like a bug - is it?). And true for all ANSI 77 Fortran compilers? Something else to benchmark.
