I am trying to change a code which previous employee made. It is PK-PD model. Two compartment PK model with two biomarkers. He used ADVAN6 TOL=3 as $SUBROUTINE. CMT1= depot, CMT2=plasma, CMT3=peripheral, CMT4= biomarkerA, CMT5=biomarkerB. And he used S2=V2 S4=1 S5=1 F4=bioA ;DEFINING INITIAL CONDITION FOR CMT=4 F5=bioB ;DEFINING INITIAL CONDITION FOR CMT=5 In my case I need to change to one compartment model. I learned in class that with ADVAN1-4 CMT number is designated (like CMT 2= central in ADVAN2). But I don't have ADVAN6 information. My question is.. If I don't need peripheral compartment, can I use CMT1= depot, CMT2=plasma, CMT3= biomarkerA, CMT4=biomarkerB, and change to S2=V2 S3=1 S4=1 F3=bioA ;DEFINING INITIAL CONDITION FOR CMT=3 F4=bioB ;DEFINING INITIAL CONDITION FOR CMT=4 Or, do I have to keep those number without CMT 3? Thanks a lot!!!
