Help!!!

When I ran the examples that come with the PDxPOP installation, I did not find any errors and everything went well including the link to Splus. However, when I tried to run an independent code, I noticed an error message and initially I thought it was the new code in error. But then I tried running the PDxPOP examples and saw the same error. Here is the error below. Does anyone know what this means?
