About the paramter, let it be XY, try something like that: ... XY=THETA(1)*999999 ... $THETA 999999 FIX This makes your XY equal to 999999*999999. NONMEM output says that XY is 1.0000E+13. By such way, you should be able to get whatever paramter value you need.
