You may also want to use a RATE column specifying whether the dose is a bolus or an infusion, if your model includes zero order absorption for one of the compartment. Look at help files for all this. Finally you probably will have also to use Fx the bioavailability parameter in $PK where x is the compartment number of your dose. In your example F1, where 0 < F1 < 1, will be the proportion of dose getting solved and F2 = 1-F1 the proportion of dose getting precipitated.
