Taufigh,
I believe you can obtain the table output for all 100 subproblems in a
single table by including the FORWARD option on the $TABLE record. This
causes the output for a subproblem to be appended to the end of previous
output to that table. In fact, this option may be necessary only on the
first $TABLE record. It may be the default behavior for $TABLE records
after the first one.
