What should I do if I got following error messages?

NO. OF SIG. DIGITS IN FINAL EST.: 3.3
0R MATRIX ALGORITHMICALLY SINGULAR
0COVARIANCE MATRIX UNOBTAINABLE
and the results content a "T Matrix".
What is "T Matrix" ?
