Dear All,
I am trying to relate a pk/pd model of viral titers over time to clinically
alleviation of symptoms like fever reduction, nausea, vomiting and few
others. I was wondering if anyone has experience in modeling such time to
event analysis using NONMEM. I would appreciate if you could provide me with
generalized control stream for NONMEM.
