PRED VS WRES

I pooled data for IV, IR, SR formulations and the IV gives me the most biased PRED VS WRES pattern (S shape trend)!! In spite of using the flexible error model (add+prop). Does anyone have any experience or explanation for this?. would a separate error model for each formulation be reasonable? I tempted even to analyze the data separately? Or just remove the IV data?
