I wish to analyse simultaneously the plasma and urinary levels of a drug and its metabolites in NONMEM using ADVAN6. I was wondering how to set up the control file. Although the Users guide in Chapter 6 and 7 state clearly how to setup the data file I was wondering as to how the various calculations will be performed? How does it calculate the parameters? I have seen a refernce in International Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Vol 33, No 10, 1995, pg 560-564 but it does not state clearly (or perhaps I have not understood correctly) Could you please share your experience on this.
