Hi Sreenivasa,
In addition to Lewis answer, which I agree with, there is a problem in your code in that you write
KA=THETA(1)*ETA(1)
when you probably mean
KA=THETA(1)*EXP(ETA(1))
and the same for the rest of the parameters.
