NONMEM Installation/FORTRAN Compiler - PC

Would anyone have any information about specific brands of fortran compilers that are known to WORK with the software (apparently The Microsoft Power Station, mentioned in the documentation, is no longer available). Also any tips regarding a PC installation would be appreciated.
