At the recent FDLI workshop in D.C., June 17-18, Bob Temple recommended as a pivotal study a dose-titration study in a "good population" coupled with NONMEM analysis. You might want to ask Temple if he thinks NONMEM analysis would make a difference big enough to satisfy your challenger. Temple said as far as he knows there is no such study has been submitted. SC.
