Dear all,
We are analyzing data of a drug which probably exhibit a zero-order absorption process and follows a 2-compartmental kinetics. We have tried to model our data using ADVAN4 and the RATE option as described in the NOMNEM user's guide. We are not sure of doing it the right way as, for example, KA is still requested in the control file for ADVAN4.
Could anybody provide us an example of a control file corresponding to such a problem or give us any advice? Thank you very much for your help.
Kind regards
Chantal Le Guellec

Use ADVAN3 to specify a zero order process (like an infusion).
