Subject: [NMusers] Xpose 4.0 PR3 released

Hi all,
Xpose 4.0 PR3, codenamed "Midnight Sun" - because it doesn't get very
dark in Uppsala around this time of year - has just been released. This
preview version reintroduces the GAM, fixes most known bugs, and adds
conditional weighted residual (CWRES) functionality, which will be
described in more detail at PAGE 2006 in Bruges next week
( http://www.page-meeting.org/default.asp?abstract=1001).
Note that since this is not a final release, bugs might, and most likely
do, exist, and some features and documentation remain incomplete. That
said, it's perfectly functional, and perfectly safe.
We shall also be having a software demonstration at PAGE, in which we
shall demonstrate some of Xpose's new features, and examples of its
integration with other applications. We have not confirmed days and
times yet, but please feel free to drop by

Xpose is available as free software under the GPL from
http://xpose.sourceforge.net. Please address bug reports to myself or
