Hi, I have uploaded a new version of Wings for NONMEM (version 700) to http://wfn.sourceforge.net Version 700 is designed to work with NONMEM 7 beta. Changes have been made to cope with modifications to the NONMEM 7 output listing. Note that this version has been modified for use with NONMEM 7 beta and will not work with NONMEM VI or NONMEM V. Some changes have been made to the WFN output e.g. to show the empirical Bayes estimate based diagnostics (ETA and EPS shrinkage) and more comprehensive information about timing. There is support for the new feature of multiple sequential $EST steps in the same problem. Please check your WFN output carefully to see it matches your expectations. I have not been able to test all possible combinations. The default output for standard errors of OMEGA and SIGMA is still to to report the relative standard error as OMEGA:se% and SIGMA:se%. This is obtained by dividing the standard error by NONMEM’s estimate of the variance of OMEGA or SIGMA. An alternative output with an approximation to the relative standard error of the sqrt(variance) of OMEGA and SIGMA can be obtained by setting the environment variable /nmraw/ to include the characters “SD” e.g. set nmraw=SD http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00845.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00847.html (Thanks to Yaning Wang for suggesting this option). There is also a WFN Version 614 for use with NONMEM VI which includes some minor bug fixes. Please let me know if/when you discover bugs.
