Dear NONMEM users:
Can someone tell me how NONMEM finds the random numbers for two variables
for $SIMULATION? For example in following control stream, standard deviation
for both V and CL are considered by NONMEM for simulation.
$THETA 1.5 ;CL
$THETA 5.4 ;V
$OMEGA
.0961
2.3
$SIGMA (0 FIXED)
$SIMULATION (1275 NEW) ONLYSIMULATION
One can also fix one ETA and only simulate another one.
How NONMEM works for two variable ETAs?
