1 messages 1 people Latest: Dec 19, 2017
QuantPharm is collaborating with ICON to present a workshop on “Modeling Biologics with Target-Mediated Disposition” It will be presented on the West Coast, at San Francisco Airport DoubleTree by Hilton, 835 Airport Boulevard, Burlingame, CA on 16th February 2018 The workshop is intended for PK scientists with or without prior population PK modeling experience. It will provide an overview of the PK of biologics, introduce target-mediated drug disposition (TMDD) concepts, and discuss various applications of TMDD to drug development of biologics. Applications of modeling will include population PK and PK-PD, immunogenicity, antibody-drug conjugates, pre-clinical to clinical translation, covariate analysis, drug-drug interactions, and other topics. Use of different Nonmem estimation methods and parallelization for TMDD models will be reviewed. NONMEM codes, inputs and outputs will be provided. More details can be found at http://www.quantpharm.com/Workshop.html or http://www.iconplc.com/news-events/events/workshops/modeling-biologics-with-t/ You can register for this workshop and/or the ICON NONMEM / PDxPoP beginners/intermediate/advanced methods workshops (February 13-15, 2018, same location) by sending email to Lisa R.
