Dear colleagues and friends,
This is a reminder about the World Conference on Pharmacometrics (WCoP),
which will be hosted in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa from 29 March
to 1 April 2022.
It will run as a hybrid conference, meaning that delegates who are able
to travel to Cape Town may attend in person, while an online platform
will be available to allow remote attendance for everyone else.
If you missed the deadline to submit your abstract for WCoP, now it is
your time!
The late abstract submission is now open, you have until the 30th of
November.
https://wcop2022.org/abstract-submission/
If you are a student or young researcher and you are submitting an
abstract to WCoP as a presenting author, you can also apply for a travel
bursary, kindly supported by our sponsors. The deadline is also the 30th
of November.

An exciting scientific program is being put together and will be
confirmed soon. It will be complemented by networking sessions and an
impressive line-up of workshops covering a broad range of topics. Stay
tuned for more details, but to get a flavour of what we have in store,
please visit our website and refer to the original plans from 2020, as
most of the invited speakers and workshop organisers have already
confirmed their availability.

As an extra incentive to submit your work, please be reminded that all
new abstracts presented at WCoP 2022 will be published in a supplement
to CPT: Pharmacometrics & Systems Pharmacology, similar to the special
issue of CPT:PSP featuring abstracts from WCoP 2020.

We understand that future travel may be uncertain, but we hope you will
choose to register and join us in beautiful Cape Town!
Should circumstances change, there are options to revert to virtual
attendance.
We are looking forward to receiving your scientific contributions and
seeing you in Cape Town for WCoP 2022!
Best regards,
Paolo Denti on behalf of the WCoP Organising Committee
