I just installed Visual_NONMEM 5 and found that it comes with a detailed manual. I would highly recommend this package because it makes installation of NONMEM, and NONMEM run very easy. Additionally, it provides other features such as data spreadsheet for data manipulation, quick graphing, and reporting of the output.
