Many interesting applications for attending UPSS this summer were received.
In order to ease attendees' travel plans, we decided to take the selection
among the applicants by the end of this month. Therefore, motivated students
are urged to apply for the summer school at the latest March 21.
A few reminders:
- UPSS is primarily intended for PhD students having experience with
NONMEM and bringing an analysis example,
- Students from universities in developing countries are invited to
apply for the Novartis travel grant.

The Uppsala Pharmacometric Summer School (UPSS) is filling-up quickly, we
will however reserve 5 places for PhD-students from developing countries and
thanks to a grant from Novartis to UPSS we can also offer to cover travel
and accommodation for these students. We invite eligible students to apply
for the Novartis travel grant by specifying so in the "kommentar" field (if
you already applied and believe you are eligible for a grant, mail me

To support your travel grant application kindly indicate how your attendance
will benefit both your own personal scientific development and the research
