You should have received a list of references, abstracts, and application
papers with your NONMEM manuals and distribution media. Check with your
internal contact.

The only real book written on the subject is Davidian and Giltinan's
Nonlinear Models for Repeated Measures Data. It's 10 years old now but is
still very useful. Its drawback is that it's written for statisticians and
not for kineticists so it's kind of hard to read and follow in parts.
