*The SIXTH PAGIN Workshop (2013)*
We are pleased to announce the “Workshop on data analysis using NONMEM”
organized by Population Approach Group of India (PAGIN). PAGIN is a
non-profit group in India, devoted to sharing and furthering knowledge and
skills in Population based data analysis. PAGIN conducts annual workshops,
and has held five workshops so far. These were received well and
appreciated by the NONMEM learning community in India.
PAGIN is hosting its sixth training course, “Workshop on data analysis
using NONMEM” from 1st – 3rd August 2013 and registration is now open.

*Workshop Theme: *
The hands on workshop will teach participants how to analyze
pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data using NONMEM. This course is
designed with both basic and some intermediate level contents. Although
this course can be taken by beginners with no previous experience of
NONMEM, we welcome those who have limited past experience and wish to
expand their knowledge base as the present course has significant
intermediate level components.
*Course faculty:*
The course will be taught by a group of young and dynamic faculty
experienced in the area of pharmacometrics *Dr. Mallika Lala, *Research
Consultant at Piramal Healthcare Limited* *&* Dr.M.Surulivelrajan, *Asst
Professor, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manipal University.**
The course will run for 3 days comprising lectures and hands- on computer
sessions. Each participant will be allocated a computer during the hands on
sessions to maximize their learning experience. Sessions will be
interactive and problem-based using real datasets. The course has been
restricted to 30 places, so please register quickly to avoid disappointment.
