I have a single concentration of a parent drug and single observation of 2
metabolites in plasma at steady. The drug is metabolized to more than 6
metabolites. I want to know the role of a covarite on metabolism. is there any
thing i missed in my input file
ka and Vd were fixed to a value. Vd of all metabolite were fixed to Vd of parent
