Dear all,
I have data for a substance and several metabolites that are measured in
plasma and urine.
Given 1 urine compartment, I could model it turning on/off and assigning DV
to the output compartment. But this doesn't work with more than one urine
compartment.
My problem is: How can I model different urine compartments using NMTran?
Thanks for your help
Stefan

Dear Stefan,
You can model as many urine compartments as you need by using
differential equations with ADVAN6, possibly defining for each
metabolite a separate compartment. In the data set, you may need a CMT
column (CMT="compartment") where you state which compartment the actual
observation belongs to.

Dear Stefan,
If you have a linear model, you should also be able to use ADVAN5 or 7,
which may be a little faster.
