Several metabolites in urine

From:"Stefan Wilde" Subject:[NMusers] Several metabolites in urine Date:Mon, 27 May 2002 10:33:30 +0200 Dear all, I have data for a substance and several metabolites that are measured in plasma and urine. Given 1 urine compartment, I could model it turning on/off and assigning DV to the output compartment. But this doesn't work with more than one urine compartment. My problem is: How can I model different urine compartments using NMTran? Thanks for your help Stefan

In the data set, you may need a CMT column (CMT="compartment") where you state which compartment the actual observation belongs to.
