Associate Pharmacokineticist
Seattle Genetics is looking for an associate pharmacokineticist to join our
Translational Medicine Department. The role of a PK associate is to support
clinical pharmacology and drug metabolism activities through all stages of drug
development. Responsibilities include preliminary PK analyses, dataset
preparation for noncompartmental and population PK analysis, coordination of
outsourced activities, and aid presentation of PK data in graphs and tables.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform noncompartmental analysis and prepare reports
Merge datasets for PK and PK/PD analyses
Coordinate outsourcing of pharmacokinetics and drug metabolism studies
Prepare graphs and tables for internal decisions and external presentations
Literature search
Requirements:
BS, MS, or PharmD degree in pharmaceutics, pharmacology, or a related field
Familiarity with PK and PK/PD analysis using WinNonlin
Knowledge of drug metabolism and experience with drug metabolism related assays
Excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven track record of
working effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, team-oriented setting
Desired:
Experience with WATSON (or related LIMS), SAS/R, NONMEM and/or PKS
