Good day.
I am doing some fits of oral dose concentrations of parent drug and
metabolites. Does anyone have suggestions on how to use $SCAT to show
separate plots (eg WRES vs PRED) for parent drug and metabolites? It is
not apparent to me - using $TABLE is more intuitive, but then I need to
export to look at it. Not a big deal, I know, but for the initial model
development (eg. CHECKOUT) it would be nice not to have to mess with the
extra step.
Thanks in advance!
Paul

try
$SCATTERS WRES VS PRED BY CMT (OR A FLAG VARIABLE WHICH YOU PREDEFINE FOR PARENT AND
MET)
Best Luck,

Paul,
Presumably, you have observations for the parent and metabolite that are
differentiated by the CMT or other data item. In that case you can subset
the scatter plots using a record like:
$SCAT DV VS PRED BY CMT
