Title: Evolution of the Platform PBPK Model for Monoclonal Antibodies Towards
Pediatric Population
Abstract: The presentation will introduce a platform PBPK model developed for
monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). Ontogeny related changes in the physiological
parameters responsible for mAb disposition will be discussed. Incorporation of
the age related changes in these parameters into the platform PBPK model will
be demonstrated in order to develop the pediatric PBPK model for mAbs.
