Release of PsN-3.2.12

From: Kajsa Harling Date: November 02, 2010 news
Dear NMusers, PsN-3.2.12 has just been released and is available for download from http://psn.sourceforge.net . To use Xpose with this version of PsN, Xpose 4.2.1 or later is required. New features of PSN-3.2.12 include - mcmp: A new program with the method presented at PAGE-2010: Camille Vong, Martin Bergstrand, Mats O. Karlsson. Rapid sample size calculations for a defined likelihood ratio test-based power in mixed effects models. http://www.page-meeting.org/default.asp?abstract=1863 - scm: Many new features and improvements including linearization, more flexible parameterization definitions, more informative logfile, improved input checking and stability. - Shrinkage calculations that will not include ETAs that are exactly 0. - Improved handling of failed NONMEM runs in e.g. bootstrap and sse. PsN will continue program execution and produce output based on the runs that completed. Information about the probable cause of the run failures (NMtran errors, compilation errors, manual kill...) will be stored in raw_results. - Time and disk space savings compared to older versions by reduced data parsing and copying. Please refer to http://psn.sourceforge.net for the complete list of new features and bugfixes.
