Calvagone is pleased to announce the release of e-Campsis
( https://calvagone.github.io/ecampsis): A graphical user interface that
facilitates the configuration of PK/PD simulations with our open-source
R-package Campsis.
e-Campsis is deployed as a Shiny web application, allowing real-time
simulations on any computer with internet access.
You can choose PK/PD models from a large library, upload a Campsis model, or
directly write a new model from scratch with a convenient editor.
Comparing dosing regimens or exploring the impact of changes to parameter
values has never been easier.
And best of all, e-Campsis can be freely accessed at
https://ecampsis.shinyapps.io/free/
We have prepared a few pre-configured example cases for you to get an idea of
e-Campsis' capabilities:
