I tried redhat linux, I have some problem to use setup for nonmem installation. I got a syntax error on line 13 near 'goto'. Could you please tell me what might be wrong? I used 'sh setup' to run the script file. Before setup, I used the 'dos2unix *' conversion to unix format for all the nonmem files. Thanks alot in advance. It works! After installation, I tried CONTROL3, CONTROL5 AND CONTROL7. They all terminated after the 0 iteration. This may have something to do with the setup options. I just used the default options. Any tips on redhat linux would be appreciated. There is no tips archived on GLOBOMAX website. I cc this e-mail to Bill, it may be helpful to alot other nonmem users to have tips on nonmem installation for redhat Linux. (The code in setup is c-shell and not bourne-shell.) If that doesnt help I suggest you contact Globomax. They should be able to help you. Best, Niclas

I think the right code is in it. Best, Niclas

However, I still got the same results. There is a error msg at the end of the run- 'Segmentation fault', the nonmem run stop after 0 iteration output.
