Radboudumc Applied Pharmacometrics Group would like to invite you to the third
edition of our course "Hands-on pharmacometric design and power analysis for
clinical trials". The course is open for those in academia and involved in
pharmacometric research. The course will be in English.

Prerequisites:
1. You have basic knowledge on pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
2. You can independently perform pharmacometric analyses in NONMEM
3. You bring your own laptop and have NONMEM, PsN (version 4.7 or newer)
and R with R-studio installed and functioning
4. You work in academia or for an NGO
Content:
There will be lectures and hands-on examples using stochastic simulation and
estimation as well as monte carlo mapped power procedures for power and sample
size calculations in clinical trials.
