Subject: quest re delta clearance vs indep var
I've gone through my notes from Short Course I attended in Nov 1993.
In Lecture 17, Using NONMEM for Selecting Models, pg 6, discussion begins about scatter plotting the "delta CL" and "delta V" vs independent variables.
Am I correct in assuming that I would calculate "delta CL" by subtracting TVCL from CL? With TVCL = THETA(1) and CL = TVCL*EXP(ETA(1)).
