Hi colleagues - two questions:
1. I am getting an inappropriate input error when providing omega priors with
the below structure. Could you please shed some light?
Omega Block(3).. .. .. .. .. .. Omega.. fix.. fix
2. When mu referencing a parameter we dont seem to have enough information to
estimate IIV, is fixing the omega to 0.01 enough to have the EM algorithm to
efficiently move the mu referenced parameter?
