Greetings to all -
I was hoping to get some feedback from the group regarding which
estimation methods are preferred for building and hypothesis testing of
the structural model prior to covariate addition. It seems that with
the addition of methods such as ITS in NM7 that the use of the FO method
as a rapid method for hypothesis testing would have gone by the wayside
due to its obvious limitations. Any comments regarding individual
preferences in this step of model building would be much appreciated
(especially when using $DES to describe the PK model). Thank you all
