Subject: [NMusers] PRED in $TABLE from rich and sparse data
Date: Thu, 12 Oct 2006 10:22:28 -0500
Dear NONMEM users,
To my understanding, the PRED is the population mean value, so the
PRED concentrations in the $TABLE should be same between subjects
When dealing with reach data I got various PRED concentrations in
the $TABLE between subjects.
But when the data are sparse, I got almost same PRED concentrations
in the $TABLE between subjects.
Thanks
Jim Jiang

I am not an expert in the $TABLE command but one reason could be that each individual got
a different Dosage (Different dose or one got single dose and the other multiple dose) or
route of administration. The population mean parameters are the same but the Pred at the
same time will be different.
