*Job Description*
The division of clinical pharmacy at Saarland University is offering a postdoc position in infectious disease modeling. The aim of the research project is to investigate viral infection processes in patients after bone marrow transplantation. The project will be in collaboration with a large national consortium (academia and industry) with recognized leaders in the field of virology and oncology. The candidate will have access to large clinical, medical and genetic databases and will be responsible for the development of viral kinetic models and outcome models.

**Job Qualifications*
Preferred qualifications for the position are a master degree (or equivalent) in pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, biology, physiology or quantitative sciences including engineering, statistics, bioinformatics, mathematics and systems biology. A background in basic pharmacology, genetics, pharmacometrics, PBPK and/or systems pharmacology is considered beneficial. The ideal candidate must be self-directed and self-motivated and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, good organizational abilities and team spirit.
