Dear all, The Clinical Pharmacology Review Team for Metabolic and Endocrine Drug Products at CDER, FDA is looking for a post-doctoral research fellow who will work on internal clinical pharmacology research projects. These projects have potential to influence on design and data analysis of future clinical studies and class drug labeling. It would provide an opportunity to gain expertise in quantitative clinical pharmacology and to learn drug development process by working with scientists at FDA. Qualifications: * Ph.D. in clinical pharmacology, PK/PD, pharmacometrics or related disciplines Key skills: * Solid theoretical understanding in PK/PD and working knowledge in basic statistics * Hands-on experience in modeling/simulation using NONMEM, S-Plus, R, SAS, Matlab, or WinNonlin. * Strong verbal/written communication and time-management skills This fellowship is a one-year program, which may be extended based on project needs and priorities. The participant will need to work full time on site at FDA in Silver Spring, Maryland. A stipend commensurate with his/her educational level and experience will be given. The participant does not become an employee of FDA. Health insurance will be sponsored if the participant wishes. No other fringe benefits offered.
