recruit an exceptional candidate to take on the position of:
Senior Modeling and Simulation Expert
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and talented candidate
to take on a role within a growing group. The client has indicated a firm

We are looking for excellent scientists who can combine scientific acumen

Primary Purpose of Position
The position carries with it a number of responsibilities and
accountabilities, they
include:
Making contributions to modeling and simulation methodology to the
development of new clinical approaches and protocols from a PK/PD
perspective.
Ensure that information is shared/delivered to improve study and compound
success
Ensuring regulatory compliance by the provision of analyses on study data
(PK/PD).
Making sure that our client methods remain state-of-the-art whilst
adhering to new guidelines as well as alignment of systems and processes to
internal and external standards, globally.
Ensuring that software tools in modeling and simulation are kept
up-to-date and that all systems are appropriately validated.
Education
Relevant PhD qualification, or a mathematics, statistical or science
degree
Fluent English speaker
Knowledge of PK/PD software (WINONLIN, NONMEM etc) for modeling and
simulation purposes
Previous experience in at least one of the following areas: PK/PD modeling
and simulation, physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling, or
population pharmacokinetic modeling
Industry-specific knowledge
- Knowledge of Pharma R&D, or previous experience in CRO or Biotech
- Knowledge of relevant statistical and mathematical methods
- Holistic understanding of the drug development process
