Subject: PK/PD of 2 co-infused agents
I wish to examine the pk/pd relationship between two co-infused agents with a continuous response variable (mean arterial pressure) and a bivariate response (awake, asleep). The pharmacokinetics of both agents are best described by a two compartment model and preliminary evaluation suggests both are centrally acting. I would particularly like to examine the synergistic aspect. Has anybody out there worked with a similar problem or know of the best subroutine to adapt.
