Subject: PK-PD Modelling
Dear NMUSERS,
Does anyone have an idea how to model pharmacodynamic measures under continuous intravenous infusion. In fact, I measure the influence of flumazenil bolus on human under steady-state concentration of midazolam by continuous EEG. There is a lot of model for bolus administration but I don't know if there is one for measures under infusion.
