Dear NONMEM Users:
I continue working on PK/PD analysis using a indirect model by Dr. Jusko. Again I have a problem. With ADVAN6,TRANS1, I use a hybrid model where Cp is defined as an exponential function in $DES as follows. (Dr.Liao kindly advised me.)
$DES
Cp=AA*dexp(-Ke*T)
I=1+(Cp*Imax)/(Cp+IC50)
DADT(1)=-K10*A(1)*I
Previously I finished PK analysis using Cp-T data and estimated values of PK parameters(AA,Ke) for each individual. Now I try to give these individual values to this model as a kind of covariates, because I think it makes estimation of Imax,IC50,K10 more easier.
However, when I added individual values of AA and Ke to data file and use their data items in $DES records as above, nmtran send me error messages that AA and Ke are not defined.
Does anyone know how to define individual values of AA and Ke in nmtran contral stream file? I cannot find the answer in the Users' Guide under $DES.
