Dear pharmacometricians,
we have just released the new version of Pirana (2.6.0), the powerful
modeling environment for NONMEM and PsN. This new version comes with many
new or improved features, among which:
- Improved R scripts, interactive scripts are also possible now (see manual)
- Visual Run Records: create visualizations of the model development history
- Run reports now as Word, HTML, plain text, LaTeX
- Folders created by PsN or nmfe are automatically linked to parent models
- Improved Berkeley Madonna translator, now includes between subject
variability model
- Xpose R scripts are back in the library
- Support for Condor job scheduler
- ... many more
