PDx-Pop Update 3.10

From: William Bachman Date: June 09, 2008 technical
New Features and Bug Fixes in Version 3.10: 1. Re-introduction of Predictive Check Evaluation Module component (instructions for use included in ReleaseNotes.pdf). 2. Added the capability of the control file wizards to automatically add the code required for conditional weighted residuals to the control file for both wizards (ADVANS 1-4, 10-12 and ADVANS 5-9) by checking the box on the wizard for "Add CWRES Code" in the residual error panel. 3. Fixed bugs in Linux/Mac OS X PDx-Pop NONMEM installer that expected the CD-ROM Volume label to be lowercase and caused NONMEM VI 2.0 installation to fail and that did not correctly discriminate between Linux and Mac OS X and caused modifications of NONMEM source code to be applied twice (resulting in iterations of NONMEM not being displayed on Linux). Bug fix requires nmi.linux.pl script versioned "19MAY2008". 4. Fixed bug in Linux/Mac OS X summary.p that related to floating point conversion that caused summary failure and failure of run to be listed in run log despite successful NONMEM run for certain runs (e.g. example2 202.ctl). Bug fix requires summary.p versioned "18MAY2008". Updating PDx-Pop 3.0 to Version 3.10: 1. Download the PDx-Pop.3.10.zip file found at: ftp://ftp.globomaxnm.com/Public/pdxpop/update3.10/ 2. Move the following files in the PDx-Pop installation directory to a backup directory: PDx-Pop.jar, summary.exe, summary.p, nmi.linux.pl, compareplots.ssc , compareplots.R, predtable.exe, predprep.exe, bootloop.exe, nmplot.R, nmplot.alt.ssc, predcheck.R, predcheck.ssc, predprep.pl predtable.pl and ReleaseNotes.pdf. (Note: Not all installations will have all of these files, just move those that you do find to a new directory of your choosing as a backup.) 3. Unzip the PDx-Pop.3.10.zip to the PDx-Pop installation directory. William J.
