PDx-Pop 5.1 Bootstrap Bug Fix

From: William Bachman Date: March 15, 2013 technical
The bootloop.exe and bootloop.pl files supplied with PDx-Pop 5.1 caused an error when the bootstrap evaluation results were displayed in R and S-Plus. An error message similar to: Error in file(file, "r") : cannot open the connection In addition: Warning message: In file(file, "r") : cannot open file 'c:/pdxpop51/example1/boot-101.prf': No such file or directory was displayed. The corrected bootloop.exe and bootloop.pl files can be found at ftp://ftp.globomaxnm.com/Public/pdxpop/PDx-Pop5.1/ For Windows systems, replace the bootloop.exe found in the PDx-Pop installation directory with the version found on the ftp site. For Linux and Mac OS X systems, replace the bootloop.pl in the PDx-Pop installation directory with the version found on the ftp site. William J.
