I was hoping someone could help me find out how to access partial
derivatives in NONMEM. I have read some of the help manuals and see that
using certain subroutines it is possible to access some partial derivatives.
The ERROR subroutine allows access to partial derivs of F wrt ETAS and EPS,
but not PK parameters, as far as I can tell. Then there is the DES
subroutine that allows access to partial derivs of DADT wrt to PK
parameters. Does anyone know how to access partial derivs of F wrt PK
parameters? Thank you.
